Each month, we track reputation performance across more than 200 senior living brands using our Senior Living Reputation (SLR) score — giving a clear picture of who’s leading the industry and where momentum is building (or slipping).

February’s snapshot shows a familiar story at the very top, but there is meaningful movement just below the surface.

The February Top 10: Consistency Still Rules the Elite Tier

This month’s top performers continue to demonstrate that strong online reputation isn’t accidental — it’s operational.

February 2026 Top 10 Brands by SLR Rank:

  1. The Arbor Company
  2. Silverado Senior Living
  3. Solera Senior Living
  4. Kensington Senior Living
  5. SALMON Health
  6. Northbridge Communities
  7. Dial Senior Living
  8. Epoch Senior Living
  9. Brightview Senior Living
  10. Marquis HCS Senior Housing

Seven of January’s Top 10 brands held their positions this month: a powerful signal that high-performing reputation programs tend to be sustainable when actively managed.

At the same time, we welcomed Solera Senior Living, Brightview Senior Living, and Marquis HCS Senior Housing into the Top 10, replacing Sundale Senior Living, Trustwell Living, and MBK Senior Living.

The takeaway: The top tier is stable, but not untouchable. Brands that aggressively improve core KPIs can break into elite territory.

Notable Momentum Outside the Top 10

Some of the biggest stories this month came from brands making rapid reputation gains across their portfolios:

  • SilverPoint Senior Living posted the largest jump in average SLR score, driven by eliminating several low-performing communities in just one month.
  • Gardens Care Senior Living and Mustang Creek Estates also showed strong upward movement, signaling focused improvement efforts.

These brands didn’t inch forward, rather they made significant progress by addressing underperforming locations head-on.

Brands Facing Reputation Headwinds

On the other side of the leaderboard, several operators experienced noticeable declines:

  • Phoenix Senior Living added multiple low-performing communities and saw a significant average score drop
  • Juniper Communities, Carriage Crossing, and Clearwater Living also slipped in both rank and performance

What stands out is that declines were closely tied to growth in low-SLR communities — a trend that often compounds if left unaddressed.

The Broader Industry Trend: A Slow Reputation Drift

Looking beyond individual brands, the industry as a whole saw a subtle but important shift:

  • Communities with high SLR scores (90+) dipped slightly
  • Low-performing communities (<75 SLR) increased from 16.5% to 16.8% in just one month

That may sound small, but over time this kind of gradual erosion can meaningfully impact lead trust, tour conversion, and overall brand perception.

The pattern is becoming clear:

✔ Brands that actively manage reviews, responses, and KPI gaps improve quickly

❌ Brands that don’t tend to drift downward — quietly but consistently

What This Month’s Leaderboard Really Tells Us

Reputation performance in senior living is not static, and tthe February data reinforces three core truths:

  • Top brands stay on top because they work at it
  • The fastest gains come from fixing low-performing communities first
  • Small monthly declines add up fast when reputation isn’t actively managed

In world of digital-first decision making reputation momentum is quickly becoming a competitive advantage, or a silent growth killer.

Methodology

Our rankings are based on the Senior Living Reputation (SLR) Scores of all communities in a brand. The SLR Score™  provides a simple, standardized way to measure a community’s Google review performance and understand how prospective families perceive a location. This reflects real-world decision-making behaviors and helps communities understand what prospective families see.
